Aplin Martin prepared a comprehensive report that identified existing and projected housing needs and gaps through collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data about Westbank First Nation’s (WFN) demographics, economics, housing stock and market, construction costs, and funding options. The Housing Gap Analysis served as an internal technical report for WFN to effectively guide them in creating an updated Housing Strategy that best captures the needs of their community.
