Harbour View is a multi-phase BC housing project that consists of over 200 units spread over a mixture of townhouses and apartment complexes. The second phase of the project will add another 100 units, for a combined total of over 300 units boasting over 240,000 squared feet of livable space. With combined coordination of our disciplines, we were able to overcome difficult site conditions to maximize the yield of this site. The project provides a combination of old and new with traditional townhouses fronting the property and more modern-looking apartment buildings further in.
