Aplin Martin has completed the development of a master rainwater management and servicing plan for the development. The rainwater management plan incorporates Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP’s) such as a centralized infiltration tank that serves multiple parcels and buildings, roadway infiltration trenches, rain gardens/bioswales, green roofs, permeable paving and parkade detention to serve the needs of the development and meet the requirements of the City of Vancouver.
