The Southlands Master Planned Community
The Southlands is a 950-unit master-planned development in Tsawwassen, BC. The community includes agricultural land enhancements and a variety of single-family and strata layouts, along with commercial and agricultural amenities at the heart of the community.
Aplin Martin provided on-site and off-site civil engineering and construction services from the master community and infrastructure planning stage through to the completion and occupancy of the first phases of this legacy project. Our ongoing work continues to support additional phases of this project through securing building permits and associated construction services.
