Aplin Martin was engaged by UBC Properties Trust to provide comprehensive civil engineering consulting services for the development of the University of British Columbia Okanagan campus (UBCO) located in downtown Kelowna, British Columbia. The project aims to create a sustainable and multi-use campus building, encompassing various essential elements such as sanitary, water, and drainage servicing, site grading, and offsite improvements. Additionally, the project required close coordination with the City of Kelowna to establish frontage design and set a precedent for future development in the Doyle Avenue and Bertram Street intersection area.
