Our collaboration with Remington Developments marked a significant milestone for Aplin Martin as we undertook the crucial task of providing comprehensive construction survey services for the conversion of an existing warehouse building, currently under construction, into an Amazon Logistics center. Our responsibilities encompassed a range of essential survey activities, including Construction Survey layout, Real Property Report preparation, Navigation Canada Proximity Application, and Grade Elevation Certificate issuance.
