Josh Graff Promotion | Engineering Lead, Kelowna

We are pleased to announce that Josh Graff, AScT, has been promoted to the role of Engineering Lead, Kelowna.

This is another significant milestone in the continued growth of the Kelowna Engineering business group. Josh began his journey with Aplin in 2016, and since that time has seen the Kelowna Engineering team more than triple in size from just 6 people to 20, in no small part due to the contributions and leadership of Josh.

In his role as Project Manager, Josh has fostered a culture of active collaboration, facilitating knowledge sharing and team member growth throughout the group. Josh consistently demonstrates dependability, drive, and dedication, inspiring those around him to be their best. Josh specializes in navigating complex projects both in design and approval aspects, and his engaging personality has developed deep and lasting relationships both within the firm and with our key client partners. These strong client relationships have contributed to a steady stream of exciting, challenging, and engaging projects for the team to enjoy making successful together. He has worked on various projects across BC, including Ledge on Lakeshore, a 1200+ unit mixed-use multi-phase development that included the design of an “oval-about” to fit within the limited amount of space available and a vehicular bridge crossing over Wilson Creek, three phases of subdivision developments in Kelowna’s Kettle Valley neighbourhood totaling 95 lots, as well as a number of wineries across the Okanagan, and tower developments in Kelowna’s downtown core.
