With 25 years of combined public and private sector experience, Mr. Carney has a proven ability to build and manage high-performing technical teams, effectively collaborate in multi-agency problem-solving environments, and identify optimal geometric design solutions. As a highly effective communicator, Mr. Carney regularly presents to municipal councils, major infrastructure committees, senior government, business associations, clients, and advocacy groups. Steve has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to apply the relevant skills, abilities, and experience to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and holistic infrastructure solutions. In 2024, Mr. Carney joined Aplin Martin as Manager of Capital Works/Transportation in the Surrey Central Office.
