Maggie Koka, MCIP, RPP

Ms. Koka is a respected Metro Vancouver Urban Planner with 20+ years of experience in community building, land development, project management, and stakeholder consultation. Over her career, she has held several senior positions with Aplin Martin, including Senior Project Manager and Branch Manager of the Surrey Central Office.  

In 2024, Maggie assumed the role of Chief Communication Officer, joining the leadership team of Aplin Martin. It is her passion for the land development industry and multi-disciplinary approach that will lead her efforts in growing the company towards a new era, paving the way for thought leaders in the organization who forge solutions for the complex housing industry.  

As an Urban Planner working alongside other industry professionals, Maggie thrives on complex projects, bringing together diverse teams to achieve success. In her new role, she will continue to support Aplin’s growth based on bringing dynamic teams together to provide exceptional service to private and public clients.
