David Baker, P.Eng.

David Baker is a professional civil engineer with more than 25 years of urban development design and project management experience. His experience includes many facets of residential, commercial and industrial development including feasibility studies, including the review of preliminary servicing, road access, and grading requirements, overall subdivision design, roadway and utility design, sound attenuation analysis, contract administration, and cost estimating for land development projects.

David has contributed to the preliminary review and completed the detail designs and contract administration for residential (Single-Family and Multi-Family), institutional and commercial developments in and around the City of Calgary, including Strathmore, Airdrie, Cochrane, High River, Canmore, Foothills & Rockyview County.

David is able to combine the various aspects of land development, including land surveying, planning, landscape architecture, and engineering to provide value added services to our Clients. In addition, he believes in working closely with Clients and Approving Authorities to gain respect and ensure that projects are completed within challenging development schedules.
